Email [email protected]. Please include your iOS version, Wobbla app version, and (if it's a bug) a short description of what you were doing when it happened.
Open your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Wobbla, and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also reach this screen from inside Wobbla under Settings → Manage subscription.
Inside Wobbla, go to Account → Delete account (or Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account). Confirm, and we immediately remove your account, every child profile, completion record, favorite, and subscription record from our servers. Backups roll over within 90 days. See the full deletion page for details.
Wobbla doesn't store passwords. You sign in with Apple or Google. If you can sign in to your Apple ID or Google account on your iPhone, you can sign in to Wobbla. If you've lost access to those accounts, use Apple's or Google's recovery flow — there's nothing we can do from our side.
Your account data (children, completions, favorites, subscription) is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so signing into Wobbla on a new phone restores everything. The exception is activity photos, which only live on your old device — Wobbla never uploads them. To preserve photos across devices, use iCloud Photos or another backup tool.
Open History (the Stars tab), find the entry, swipe left, and tap Delete. The record is removed from your device and from our servers.
Wobbla learns from your child's profile and from the activities you rate well. Make sure the child's age, interests, and allergies are up-to-date (More → Children → tap the child). Rate activities you like — over time, suggestions skew toward what your kid actually enjoys.
This is the most important kind of feedback we get. Email [email protected] with the activity title and what concerned you. We review every report and, when warranted, update the safety filter so that pattern never appears again. We take this seriously.
From Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data, Wobbla builds a JSON file containing everything we know about you and hands it to your share sheet — you can save it to Files, email it, or AirDrop it. Photos are not included because Wobbla never has them.
Yes — from Children → Co-parent, invite the other parent with a private link. They sign in with their own Apple or Google account; once they accept, you both see the same child profile and the same activity history.
